Apart from its proximity to the beach, the accommodation is very close to restaurants and shops as well as the emblematic tourist areas of Port de Alcúdia and Can Picafort.

The maximum occupancy of the house, including children and babies, must be 8 people.

Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
