With a capacity of 14 people and 12 rooms with private bathroom, it stands out for its location, 10 minutes by car from the centre of Palma and surrounded by nature.

On the middle floor we have a kitchen with all the amenities you need so you can use it how and when you want. We also have a large dining room with table and chairs so you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever you want and with whoever you want.

On the lower floor of Rainbow Home Mallorca, we have the Living Room area, where you can relax, read, watch the fabric and meet people while you have something at the bar. A soft drink, a drink, or whatever you fancy. It also has a large window overlooking the pool on the upper floor, where you can watch the people swimming in the pool.

Enjoy the Mallorcan sun while you take a dip in the Rainbow Home pool. The best way to combat the Mediterranean heat is in our pool, while you enjoy the company and the surroundings. In the pool area you will find hammocks and a Balinese bed where you can have a drink or a soft drink from our pool bar.

The ideal place to unwind, let yourself be carried away by the surroundings, the tranquillity and a relaxed atmosphere, while you have a drink at the pool bar, in the chill-out area or in your hammock. At Rainbow Home Mallorca we believe in well-being through sport and exercise, which is why we have a gym area on the lower floor of the accommodation, so you can enjoy some exercise surrounded by a comfortable environment. We also have a massage room and a gym, fully equipped for your well-being.

- Regarding the air conditioning system, the accommodation has centralized hot/cold air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

Notes:

- The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number / ID number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the day of check-in through our platform.

House rules:

People other than those in the reservation are not allowed to stay overnight at the establishment.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa according to Spanish law 28/2005

Noise is not permitted from 12:00am to 07:00am.

Appropriate use of the facilities and furniture is mandatory.

Excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted.

Bachelor/ette parties are strictly prohibited.

The consumption of drugs or narcotics is not permitted.

The establishment is not responsible for the contents of the safes.

Any damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the client.

If the client does not comply with the regulations provided for in the rules of conduct section, the provider has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and request the client to vacate the establishment. The client must pay for any damage caused by their illegal conduct.
