The outdoor spaces consist of a lovely natural grass garden and a large terrace with barbecue and comfortable deck-chairs perfect for enjoying the good weather of Mallorca. The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating and satellite TV.

There are four double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, and a spacious and comfortable living-dining room. The beach is just a 7-minute walk from the villa.

Sa ​​Colònia de Sant Pere is perfect for spending a relaxing family holiday. It has a wonderful seafront promenade with many restaurants. In the area there are small supermarkets and souvenir shops. Near Sa Colònia de Sant Pere there are great unspoilt beaches such as Son Serra de Marina and Betlem. The fantastic location of the villa is ideal for exploring the stunning coves around like Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana or Ca los Camps.

The nearest town is Artà, which offers all possible amenities including restaurants, shops, supermarkets, taxi or bus. Sa Colònia de Sant Pere is near the resort of Can Picafort, where you can also enjoy many facilities and visit its large sandy beach. The location of this property allows you to explore with ease anywhere in the east of the island of Mallorca.
