Stunning villa with pool and garden in Campanet.

This magnificent villa is located on the outskirts of Campanet, in a very quiet rural area at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Site. The house, of rustic style, maintains the character and style that characterizes a typical Mallorcan: large stone walls, high ceilings, and robust wooden furniture. In addition, it is fully equipped and has everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday in Mallorca. As far as the exterior is concerned, this one is impressive. It has an impressive swimming pool overlooking a small valley and solarium area, a beautiful garden and several furnished terraces perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great weather that the island offers.

Campanet is a small municipality located northwest of the island and surrounded by mountains with beautiful valleys. In the center, full of life, you will find some supermarkets, restaurants and other services. In addition to its surroundings, you will find numerous routes for hiking or you can visit natural treasures such as the Caves of Campanet. On the other hand, it is only five minutes by car from Inca, where you will find a wide range of leisure and services or 15 minutes from the Bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach.

Air conditioning:

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the house has hot/cold air conditioning units throughout the accommodation. It also has a heating system (diesel) throughout the accommodation.

- Electricity consumption 0.75 € / KW (mandatory)

- The security deposit of 300 euros must be paid directly to the owner on the day of check-in, and the deposit will be returned on the day of check-out.
