This spectacular Mallorcan-style house is located in the outskirts of Búger, a small town in the north of Mallorca. The house, rustic style and fully equipped, has everything you need to spend a quiet family vacation away from tourist crowds. In addition, the house has a swimming pool, natural grass garden and several fully furnished terraces where you will contemplate the stunning views of the Serra de Tramuntana, a world heritage site.

The house is located in Búger, a picturesque town in the north of the island perfect for a quiet holiday and away from crowds. There you will find several restaurants and shops or you can enjoy a relaxing walk through the town and its surroundings, where there are several hiking and biking trails. In addition, every Saturday the weekly market is held in the center, a perfect opportunity to buy fresh fruit and vegetables or handicrafts. On the other hand, the accommodation is just twenty minutes by car from the Bay of Alcúdia and its impressive sandy beach and thirty from Palma, the capital of the island.

Air conditioning:

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. In addition, it has central heating (gas oil) with a radiator system in all rooms.
